Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Muns.

Returns
All items purchased at https://www.muns.my website (the "Site") are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Defective Items
In the unlikely event that there is a defect in your items, please contact us on the day right after receiving the items (for justification).

Exchange Is Only Allowed If:
– Wrong order is received.
– Defective items.

Please take note that EXCHANGES are inspected upon receipt/invoice and will only be made once you have mailed back the item(s) in good condition.

– Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
– Item(s) must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.
– Items with fragrances, snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned back to the customer.

All exchanges should be done WITHIN 5 Working Days. Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
